In a region with some of the highest rates of disease worldwide, the Africa Women Health Champions initiative will offer women with the chance to serve to improve the health and well-being of individuals in Africa.

Apply now for the WHO/UN Volunteers Africa Women Health Champions Program 2020. The United Nations Volunteers and the World Health Organization (WHO) have launched an effort to hire early to middle profession females specialists in Africa to promote health and increase gender equity across 47 countries in the region.

Benefits

UNV will recruit around 100 international and nationwide UN Volunteers from around the world, with an unique concentrate on the recruitment of female experts, nationals from the African continent, who have at least 2 years of professional experience related to public health, epidemiology, health research study, health emergency management, information management, data or other health associated fields, along with information management, development, interactions or external relations.
