More powerful magnets for the MagSafe is another report thrown around recently and it appears to fall along nicely with the larger coil report.

There are two possible descriptions for the modification. The more obvious is that a larger coil will improve heat management and can permit greater wattage or to put it simply – much faster charging.

Alternatively the bigger coil might be needed to allow reverse cordless charging – something that Android comepetitors have been providing for a while now.

Passing the most recent rumor from Max Weinbach, Apples upcoming iPhone 13 lineup will use larger charging coil compared to the iPhone 12 household.
