” I felt the need to stabilize the boat. So, as my life consisted of domestic responsibilities, I drew the interior of my home from leading to bottom and in between. Besides that, I could not work. These drawings were a meditation, a mapping of our captivity and a portrait of my family in objects. This illustration is my dining space and cooking area where I spent many of my time.” Kate Lyddon
” The most significant modification of Lockdown has actually been the intensity of time invested with my child who is on the spectrum and had a challenging time beginning school last September. During Lockdown she made development and I think this drawing reflects on the intensity of our bond, which has deepened, I believe, given that Lockdown.” Robyn Litchfield
“I started to think about the crisis as an opportunity, a time to think in the present, not plan for an unknowable future … my paintings of wilderness appeared to provide a location for self reflection.”We will continue supporting you, our customers, supporters and well wishers.
