Our Community Mentoring Initiative is our commitment to create a detailed mentoring program to support and partner with 3 POC-owned services in the beauty and wellness space..
We will be supporting these organizations for a period of three months through direct access to our co-founders Sarah and Christine, in addition to assistance from our internal marketing, creative, service development & & content teams to aid with organization techniques and provide resources.
To be thought about for the program, organizations should be POC-owned and founded, based in the US, and have 4 full-time staff members or less..
The business will be offered with bi-weekly virtual mentorship meetings with our co-founders and/or key group members to supply support in the following subjects:.
