Around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, authorities were pursuing a motorist in a taken automobile who had been linked to a number of break-ins and carjackings, Minneapolis Police Department spokesperson John Elder said to The Post. As officers tried a traffic stop, the motorist left, cops stated, leading to an eight-block pursuit on a property roadway.
