UNCDFs regional office for Asia and the Pacific organized a two-day ThinkShop on 20-21 January, 2015 held at the Australian Embassy in partnership with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAT). The occasion was held as part of UNCDFs Shaping Inclusive Finance Transformations (SHIFT) programme, which intends to contribute to lowering poverty and vulnerability directly, and indirectly increase employment and economic growth in the ASEAN region. UNCDF invited professionals from a variety of advancement disciplines to discuss empowering women economically through monetary markets specially and real economy markets normally.
