We do not understand too much about Anne aside from the fact that shes an artist who leads the band Cline Street. She appears to do quite well for herself– as she visits quite a bit, and appears to be on the come-up.

TMZ has obtained video of when the “Orange Is the New Black” actress got proposed Friday night at a bar and grill in Panama City, FL– where her singer-songwriter sweetheart, Anne Cline, turned an efficiency she was putting on into a full-blown proposition.

Another interesting factoid … shes about 15 years younger than Taryn, whos 42. Uncertain how long theyve been together at this point– however images of them walking canines together emerged earlier this year.

Taryns rep tells us the two are thrilled, with TM including … “It was the simplest YES I ever said!”
