The Poco X3 Pro systems that have been offered in India are now the next in line to get the MIUI 12.5 update. There is already a rollout taking place, although a minimal one which is pressing the new software to a few devices.
If there are no substantial issues found, then a larger release will follow. According to Poco India director Anuj Sharma, “the reason for the limited release is to monitor if any possible network or app thats not part of our test case acts different from planned”.
The brand-new build which is now going out to a fortunate few is identified MIUI 12.5.3.0. RJUINXM, and its an 830MB download. It includes the June 2021 security patches, which is nearly present and hence automatically good to see on a Xiaomi/ Redmi/ Poco phone since theyre normally quite far behind on these.
Furthermore, the Notes app has gotten a huge upgrade with assistance for a gesture faster way, excerpts, vibrant designs, mind maps with complex structures, and brand-new tools for doodling and sketching. There are a couple of bug repairs too, pertaining to notifications and alert badges.
As with every other MIUI 12.5 upgrade, this one too must bring with it a quicker feeling in operation thanks to “custom gadget design modifications”, instantaneous action to gestures, “20 times more rendering power” (whatever that suggests), and a general “lighter, faster, and more durable” interface.
