Jarrod pled innocent Monday and the trial is set for July 12.

TMZ broke the story … Jarrod is charged with 1 count of misdemeanor domestic violence battery stemming from an alleged event with his ex back in April, when district attorneys claim he pushed Brandi twice throughout a heated argument inside an Orange County bar.

Jarrods attorney, Benjamin Arsenian, tells TMZ … Jarrod rejects making any contact or pressing with Brandi, contrary to what prosecutors declare, and he has no intend on taking any plea deal unless it results in a complete dismissal of the case.

“Storage Wars” star Jarrod Schulz is preparing to go to trial in his domestic violence case … insisting he didnt rough up his ex, Brandi Passante, and stating he wants the entire case dismissed.

Police sources inform us Brandi did not need any medical attention after the alleged incident and there were no noticeable marks on her body.

Our sources say there are clashing witness declarations about what decreased … were informed one witness says Jarrod didnt push Brandi however provided her a shoulder bump, while another states Jarrod was sitting on a barstool the entire time.

Sources connected with the case tell us district attorneys have not put a deal on the table, and the case is going to trial.
