The Honor 50 Pro became the clear favorite with 100W quick charging, large 6.72″ display and an ultrawide selfie video camera. At least those are the advantages it holds over its siblings, which share functions like the 108MP main and 8MP ultrawide video cameras on the back.
The Honor 50 showed decently popular as well. It is more affordable, but has the same Snapdragon 778G chipset and decently fast 66W charging too.
Recentlys poll reveals that Honors independent life is off to a great start– 65% of participants enacted favor of the 3 Honor 50 series modes. Or should we say two of the designs.
However why is it that none have a telephoto module? Its relatively rare in the sub-EUR500 section where the Honors compete, however its not exactly unprecedented either. And no OIS on the primary video camera was another common criticism in the remarks, in addition to the typical compromises of no 3.5 mm earphone jack and no sd card slot.
While there was some argument over whether the 50 Pro is really better than its vanilla brother or sister, there was no debate over the Honor 50 SE– this does not look like a particularly popular model. The pricing doesnt assist as the vanilla model is around EUR130 less expensive than the Pro while having very similar specifications, however the SE is just EUR35 less than the vanilla model while losing more than EUR35 in features.

This is a question for the future as the 50 series is not yet readily available globally. In the meantime the business only states that “at a later date, the Honor 50 will also be offered in international markets outside of China, including France, Malaysia, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and the U.K.”.
