The session, moderated by Roshini Rajkumar, provided an insightful conversation on a range of subjects including how an inclusive work environment can benefit monetary companies, how companies are attracting female talent and how support systems boost work/life balance. The purpose of this luncheon was to open the conversation about opportunities for the financing market through a higher level of gender balance.
