IE University just recently held an occasion to dispute the involvement of ladies in the monetary sector. To join the conversation, 6 former and existing female students were invited to take part on the panel. Salena, a graduate of the Master in Finance program at IE University, brings a more experienced point of view to the conversation.

Salena Lee, a Real Estate VP at Credit Suisse, brought up the lack of women at the executive level, pointing out that at the entry-level, the involvement of guys and females has to do with equivalent. However, as the elevator rises to those higher levels of the executive and C-suite workplaces, fewer women are discovered.
