For Zaira Melero, a Compliance Manager at PagoNxt Santander, finance is everywhere. She highlights the sense of purpose that operating in Finance gives to women, noting their potential to favorably affect their environments. Zaira wants to see more females in the professional space, encouraging them to pursue every opportunity to build successful professions in Finance.

IE University recently held an event to go over the effect of females on the planet of Finance. Joining the conversation were five ladies who were invited to participate as part of the panel. Zaira, a member of CFA Society Spain and their representative to the EU SAAC, brings a point of view molded by years of monetary policy and advocacy to the fore.
