Feet, Legs, or Perineum pain? In this video, I will guide you in a short practice, for Muladhara (Root/ 1st) chakra. Numerous ladiess diseases are connected to this chakra, thats why I decided to share more about this topic.
To heal the Root Chakra is necessary to work together with asana, meditation, and pranayama.
With asana practice, the body restores its connection with the Earth and our roots. Standing and seated positions are the best. The body parts connected to this chakra are the feet, legs, perineum, and intestinal tract.
This a brief practice you can include to your day-to-day routine or anytime you feel down and you require some energy from mom Earth.
Do you have pain with any of the above body parts? Let me know in the remarks and inform me your recovery experience.
